“Rock the Avenue,” is a free summer concert series staged on downtown’s Main Avenue, to attract people to the City’s awakening Center City. The four concerts take place June 12, June 26, July 10, and July 24 with performances by The Tams, Coconut Groove, Liquid Pleasure and Black & Blue.  

More than a concert series, “Rock the Avenue” will feature festival-style markets, free dance lessons, a variety of concession vendors and a children’s carnival. The entertainment and activities are designed to attract people downtown to see the changes that revitalization is yielding.
